Sessions
A calm, private place to prepare for therapy and remember what matters.
The idea
Therapy is already difficult enough without trying to remember every thought, assignment, or emotional shift between sessions. I wanted to make a personal tool that felt less clinical and more like a quiet space you would actually return to.
What I made
I designed a mobile-first journal with pre-session check-ins, notes, assignments, saved call links, audio capture, themes, privacy controls, and a native-feeling interaction system. The work became an ongoing exercise in restraint, polish, and protecting the core experience as features expanded.
What I learned
The strongest version was never the one with the most features. It was the one where the interface disappeared and the user could focus on themselves. The project also pushed me deeper into iOS PWA behavior, motion, safe areas, local data, and the discipline required to improve a living prototype without breaking it.
